The 4,100-page crawl waste problem nobody looks for
Faceted navigation quietly generated a URL for every filter combination. Here's the audit that found it and the fix that took four hours.
Tomás Reis · 12 Jul 2026Forzex Digital sells the unglamorous stuff that actually moves a business forward: practical e-books, plug-and-play digital service kits you can switch on in an afternoon, and done-for-you marketing when you'd rather not do it yourself.
Every business problem sits somewhere on that spectrum. So does everything we sell.
Short, specific, no filler. Each one solves a single problem — pricing, cold outreach, retention, hiring your first ops person — with templates and worked examples included.
From ₹100 · PDF + EPUB + editable templates
Browse e-booksPre-built systems that arrive configured. Automations, dashboards, landing-page kits, client portals. You connect your accounts, we run a 30-minute handover, it's live the same day.
From ₹41,999 · Setup call + 30 days of support
See the kitsA small senior team on retainer — SEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle email, content. Monthly scope you can see, weekly reporting you'll actually read, no twelve-month lock-in.
From ₹1,25,000/mo · Cancel with 30 days' notice
View retainersNo drip-fed modules, no "community access" you'll never use. You buy a thing, you get the thing.
Filter by problem, not by product type. Every listing tells you exactly what's inside, how long it takes to use, and who it's not for.
E-books and templates land in your account the second payment clears. Kits trigger an onboarding form and a calendar link for your setup call.
30 days of email support on every kit, lifetime updates on every e-book, and a 14-day refund if it wasn't what you expected.
I bought the Lifecycle Email Kit on a Tuesday and had eight flows live by Thursday. We'd been quoting agencies ₹7.5 lakh for the same scope. It's slightly annoying how good it was.
The Pricing Without Panic e-book paid for itself about four hundred times over. We moved from hourly to value-based in one quarter and nobody churned. The scripts for the awkward conversations are the actual product.
Six months on the growth retainer. Organic sessions up 3.1×, CAC down 38%, and — genuinely the best part — a weekly note I can forward to my board without editing it first.
Seven best-selling e-books, the lifecycle email kit, and a 90-minute strategy call. Bought separately it comes to ₹51,999.
Save 60% · 412 sold · Instant access
One teardown of a real growth problem, one template you can steal, no news roundup. 21,400 readers.
No spam. Unsubscribe in one click. We never sell your data.
48 products across e-books, plug-and-play kits, and marketing services. Filter by what you're trying to fix.
Order #NK-00000 is confirmed. A receipt is on its way to your inbox and everything below is already in your account.
Pick a kit, fill in a short onboarding form, and join a 30-minute handover call. We build it in your accounts, you own everything, and there's nothing to maintain that you didn't already have.
No discovery phase, no scoping document, no hourly billing. Each kit has a fixed deliverable list and a fixed price.
It's deliberately boring. Boring is what makes it fast.
Flat price at checkout. You get an onboarding form asking for account access and roughly six questions about how your business actually works.
We configure everything inside your accounts. Nothing lives on a Forzex Digital server, nothing breaks if you stop working with us.
A recorded 30-minute walkthrough plus a written runbook. Your team can change anything in it without calling us.
30 days of email support included. After that, an optional ₹8,499/mo care plan or you're simply done.
Built in your Zapier, your Webflow, your HubSpot. We're a collaborator you can remove with one click, not a dependency.
The deliverables list on each kit page is the contract. If it takes us three times longer than expected, that's our problem.
One named builder per kit, reachable by email, replying inside one business day. Not a shared inbox and not a bot.
Most customers never buy one. It's here for teams who'd rather not think about it again.
You run it from here.
We watch it so you don't.
For teams running four or more kits.
Send us three sentences about what's currently eating your week. We'll reply with a recommendation — including "none of ours, here's what to do instead" when that's the honest answer.
Ask a questionFour senior operators, no account managers, no junior work billed as senior. You get a monthly scope you can read in ninety seconds and a weekly note showing exactly what moved.
Technical fixes first, then a publishing engine: keyword-to-brief pipeline, 4–8 pieces a month, internal linking, digital PR for the links that count.
Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit. Creative testing on a fortnightly cadence, incrementality checks, and a hard stop on channels that don't pay back.
Welcome, activation, winback, expansion. Built once in Klaviyo, Customer.io or HubSpot, then optimised on the numbers rather than on taste.
GA4 that isn't lying to you, server-side events, a single dashboard, and a clear answer to "where did this customer come from".
Customer interviews, a message hierarchy, and a rewritten homepage. Usually the cheapest thing that lifts every other number.
Session replay, funnel teardowns, and an A/B test queue prioritised by expected value — not by whoever shouted loudest in the standup.
Everything is month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn it every month than trap you for a year.
One channel, done properly. Pre-seed to seed.
Multi-channel. Where most clients land.
An embedded growth team. Series A and up.
Ad spend is billed separately and paid directly to the platform — we never mark it up.
Fixed-scope engagements you can buy straight from the shop, same as an e-book.
A 14-person B2B scheduling tool with good retention and almost no top-of-funnel. We started with a technical audit that found 4,100 pages of crawl waste, rebuilt the information architecture, and shipped 46 pieces against a keyword-to-brief pipeline.
Paid got smaller before it got better: we cut two channels entirely and moved that budget into LinkedIn document ads, which halved cost per qualified demo.
"We'd been through two agencies. Both spent the first two months on a strategy deck. Forzex Digital shipped a technical fix list in week one and had content live in week three.
The thing I'd tell other founders: ask for the weekly note. Everyone promises reporting. Almost nobody sends something you'd voluntarily read on a Friday afternoon."
Bring your numbers and your last three months of activity. You'll leave with two or three specific things to change, whether or not you work with us.
Book the callForzex Digital came out of a consultancy. Between 2021 and 2024 we ran growth for thirty-odd small companies, and by the end we noticed something slightly embarrassing: about 70% of what we delivered was the same work, rebuilt from scratch, at consultancy rates.
So we productised it. The playbooks became e-books. The systems we kept rebuilding became plug-and-play kits with a fixed price. And the genuinely bespoke work — the part that actually needs a human thinking hard about your specific situation — stayed as a retainer, priced honestly.
Every product and every retainer tier has a number next to it. If you have to book a call to find out what something costs, someone is deciding how much you can afford — and that isn't a pricing strategy we want to run.
We turn down roughly half the retainer enquiries we get, usually because the problem isn't marketing — it's pricing, or product, or a sales process nobody owns. We'll tell you that on the first call, for free.
Ads, analytics, automations, domains — all in your name, always. Leaving should cost you an afternoon of revoking access, not a migration project.
Reports lead with what moved and what didn't. If a channel isn't working we say so in week six rather than defending it until month nine.
Everyone who talks to you also does the work.

Runs the email practice. Believes most welcome sequences are two emails too long.
Start with a ₹100 worksheet or a free call. Both tell you more than a case study will.
Anything not covered here, email hello@forzex.in — a person replies within one business day.
E-books, templates and bundles appear in your account and in your inbox within about ten seconds of payment. Kits trigger an onboarding form immediately and a build slot within one business day. Retainers start with a kickoff call scheduled inside 24 hours.
Every e-book ships as PDF (print-friendly), EPUB (Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books) and a Notion duplicate link. Any spreadsheets or templates come as both .xlsx and a Google Sheets copy link. No DRM, no watermarking on every page.
Yes, free and forever. When we revise an e-book — usually once or twice a year — the new version drops into your account and you get an email listing what changed. We don't sell "2nd editions" to people who already bought the first.
Team licences cover up to 25 people at 3× the single price, and there's an unlimited company licence for larger orgs. Add the team option on any product page, or email us for a purchase order and an invoice on NET-30 terms.
Fourteen days, no interrogation. Reply to your receipt and say it wasn't for you. We don't ask you to prove you tried it, and we don't hold it against you if you buy something else later. Our refund rate is about 1.8%, which suggests this isn't being abused.
Each kit page lists supported tools before you buy. If we get into your account and find something genuinely incompatible, we'll either adapt at no extra cost or refund you in full — your choice. That happens maybe twice a year.
Any time, with 30 days' notice. There's no minimum term and no exit fee. On your way out you get every document, dashboard and asset we built, plus a handover call if you're moving to another team or hiring in-house.
The eleven people on our team, all with 6+ years in their discipline. We don't subcontract to a white-label agency and we don't put a junior on your account while a senior name sits on the proposal. You'll know your builder or strategist by name.
Both. Roughly a fifth of the kit business is agencies white-labelling our automation and reporting builds for their own clients. There's a partner rate at five kits or more — mention it in the contact form.
No. You pay the platforms directly from your own accounts, at cost, with no markup and no percentage-of-spend fee. We think percentage-of-spend quietly rewards agencies for spending more of your money.
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking, PayPal for international orders, and NEFT/RTGS with an invoice on NET-15 for orders over ₹40,000. All prices are in INR. GST is calculated at checkout from your billing state — 18% within India, and export orders are zero-rated against a valid declaration.
Everything you've ever bought lives permanently in your account dashboard, and links never expire. Sign in with the email you used at checkout and hit re-send if you can't remember your password.
We store your name, email and order history, and that's it — card details go straight to our payment processor and never touch our servers. We don't sell or share customer data with anyone. You can request an export or a full deletion at any time from your account settings.
Teardowns, templates and honest post-mortems. No email gate on any of it.

Tomás Reis · 12 Jul 2026A geo holdout test on a ₹34 lakh/month budget, what it actually measured, and why last-click had been lying for eight months.
Aditi Menon · 28 Jun 2026Open rates from 340 sequences, plotted against position. The cliff is sharper and earlier than almost anyone plans for.
Sana Karim · 14 Jun 2026Six months later, nobody knows what "New Zap (copy) (2)" does. A boring convention, and a script that renames what you already have.
Joy Okafor · 2 Jun 2026The exact sequencing, the emails we sent, and the three customers we expected to lose but didn't. Includes the scripts.
Aditi Menon · 19 May 2026Session timeouts, cross-domain gaps, and a data-retention setting that deletes your history at fourteen months. Fix list included.
Tomás Reis · 6 May 2026Because gating a spreadsheet behind a form to get an email address you'll never use is a bad trade for everyone.
Three sentences is plenty. We reply within one business day, and if the answer is "you don't need us for that" we'll say so.
Download links that never expire, free updates when we revise a book, and one place to see the status of any kit or retainer you've got running.
